Abstract
Cloud computing involves making computing, data storage, and software services available via the Internet, which has the potential to offer services on demand, at lower cost than current options, together with less complexity, greater scalability, and wider reach. Cloud computing services can be viewed as service solutions based on the cloud computing. Utilizing cloud computing services may advance an enterprise’s competitiveness. However, enterprises are worrying about issues such as: data security; reliability; data logging; as well as speed and the inevitable latency. Hence, a number of enterprises intend to introduce the internal cloud solution. Yet, the definition of the internal/ private cloud is still not reached unanimity.
Although big players like Microsoft and IBM Corp. have developed internal/ private cloud solutions, the internal cloud market in Taiwan is still an introduction-stage segment. For the purpose of catching the business opportunities in terms of the internal cloud, the scientific and educational cooperation has introduced an internal cloud solution from Japan. The cooperative company has not enough resource to conduct researches in terms of the marketing strategy and promotion. Therefore, the cooperative company requires our help to develop an evaluation model of the internal cloud introduction for making business success.

Abstract
Since the first sailing of Varyag in August, 2011, China Navy has revealed the ambition of moving forward to the blue-water. This move arouses the worries of the expansion of China’s sea-power from the Western-Pacific countries.
Though China claimed it was the inevitable result to develop the aircraft carrier as a Superpower, and ensured its territory of sea and sea-right under the premises of “never being the hegemony” and of “peaceful development,” it has been hard for the East-Asian countries to cast the doubts away when facing the “China threats” due to the expansion of China’s Naval far-water capability in recent years.
The main point of observing the development of Chinese aircraft carrier should be put on when and how China will disclose its intention to build aircraft carrier. We also need to know to what extent the development of aircraft carrier can help China to reach the military capability, and what its impact on the regional geopolitics.
